What To Expect
I want everyone to have fun and be themselves! I am very easygoing and relaxed by nature. Kids and family photography is something that I love doing, so that translates into my work ethic as well. My style is photojournalistic, relaxed and natural. I may throw out some different ideas to help break the ice, but will leave the rest to the unpredictability of your kids!
A day or so before the shoot I will call you to find out more about what you are looking for, your child's interests, discuss wardrobe, etc.
The day of the shoot, I'll spend some time getting to know your children to help ease any stage fright or shyness (although shyness can be adorable on film!). Please bring some special treats, as bribery goes a long way with kids. The shoot can take anywhere from 1-2 hours, although I really have no time limit as the best shots usually have a way of coming at the very end when kids are used to me and my camera.
